  • Larry G. Siferd is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees. He has extensive experience helping Medical Practitioners, Real Estate Investors, those in the Transportation Industry and other business owners achieve their goals by showing them how to reduce their income-tax burden. From his first day in business, Larry’s mantra has been that “effective tax planning is just as important as competent tax-return preparation”.

In addition to his accounting firm, Larry has owned all or part of several other businesses including a convenience store, restaurant and marina. He is also a Real Estate Investor with commercial and residential holdings in Ohio and Florida. Other interests include collecting classic automobiles as well as vintage or antique advertising pieces. He, his wife Laurie and their clowder of cats reside in Lima Ohio’s only certified historic district.

Tammy K. Teman is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The University of Northwestern Ohio with a degree in Accounting. She has successfully passed the Internal Revenue Service’s Registered Tax Return Preparer Exam. She joined Siferd Professional Services, Inc., in 1993. With more than 30 years experience, Tammy is well qualified to assist in all areas of tax preparation, tax planning and tax problem resolution. She has enjoyed working with businesses to handle all their accounting needs including financial statement preparation, payroll issues, new business setup and tax planning. Tammy spends much of her time studying agricultural tax law and working with members of the farm community so that they can take advantage of all the special provisions in the tax code, thereby enabling them to lower their tax liabilities. She also has extensive experience working with clients in the construction industry and in real estate investments.

Tammy is a long term native of rural Delphos, Ohio. Together with her husband Tony, they are the parents of three children. Her son and daughter are college graduates. (She has several years experience completing the dreaded FAFSA, so feel free to call for an appointment if you need assistance!). Her youngest is a high school freshman who enjoys raising and showing Hampshire sheep. Tammy and her husband have been small business owners and residential rental property owners. Other interests include spending time with family, camping, boating and reading.
